Background

Moore yacht design was established in 2008 as a design studio specialising in the exterior design of superyachts. Andrew Moore started out in design by doing a BA Hons in transport design at Coventry University followed by an MA in Automotive design.

After graduating he worked as a freelance designer for MG Rover before moving into the superyacht industry as a designer for Donald Starkey Designs in London. Whilst there he worked on the interiors and exteriors of seven yachts. He then moved to H2 yacht design where he worked for 6 years on over 20 yachts from 54 to 120metres, specialising in exterior design.

On different projects he was involved from initial sketches and CAD drawings through to accurate 3d computer modelling
and project management.
